Responsible for the design, fabrication, and structural engineering for 10,000 square feet of custom canopy trellis systems throughout the entire Hotel from Level 01 to Level 05. The assembly of all major structural framing systems is being performed by Allstate Steel. The custom pre-fabricated module trellis elements are being created in-house at the BASE facility in Albuquerque New Mexico. Due to the complex geometry, high levels of communication with all stakeholders at all phases was required for this project’s success. The main structural elements are constructed by Allstate Steel and Klinger Constructors based off of our canopy trellis design and shop drawings. The overall hotel architect of record is Gensler Architects and NYSE Structural Engineers from Los Angeles California.
